i just recently saw these pics and it made me think, who is worse of in their respective situation?

first off, you have zatanna.  after being shot in the throat by the joker, she is locked into a tank full of water:

here's the aftermath

and the trap

pretty rough i'd say.  she can only use her magic when she can talk, so she'll have to be pretty clever to get out of this one.  I know I know, batman saves her, but could she have done it on her own?

and then there's robin, supposed escape artist expert.  he didn't get caught by the joker, but he somehow got himself into a pretty tight spot as well.  i know he's got those fish-scaled underwear, but i just don't think they would get him out of this one.  what the hell is he going to do after that?  there's 6 grown men watching him drown with 2 tons of chains and metal strapped to him, so when he does get out, if he did, they just put 6 clips of bullets in his crime-fighting ass.

and here's the kicker:  neither is wearing any pants!!

so who has the better chance of  survival?

this is my first ever post, so i apologize if it's not that great.  i just read about the recently announced JLA movie, and i thought i'd put in my two cents about who i think would be fitting for who.  this is strictly my opinion, i'm almost positive none of these actors and actresses will ever play their respective character, this is just who i think would be cool.  i also think it would be nice if they kept their original costumes (ala spiderman flicks ) but again, i don't think there's any way that would happen.  let me know what you think and who you would change.  peace

Tom Welling as Superman

i really like tom welling as the man of steel, i think his work in the smallville series has been pretty solid.  not to take anything away from david routh, because i also thought he did a decent job, but for some reason i think welling just fits the role better.

Christian Bale as Batman

hey, if it ain't broke,...well you know the rest.  i thought bale was a perfect fit for the dark knight, his balance of brooding vigilante and playboy bruce wayne was solid, and i can't think of anyone who could play the role better.

it was a tough choice between these 2 buxom beauties for the role of the themyscarian princess, so i didn't make it.  i think either could add their own element to the role, and either would be a smashing choice.

Sofia Vergara or Demi Moore as Wonder Woman

sofia vergara is just dripping with latin sex appeal, plain and simple.  in my opinion no one would fill out the star-spangled swimsuit better than this beauty, and i don't think many would disagree.  hell they could do it just to make it a box office success if they wanted to.

demi moore, also absolutely stunning, in my opinion would add a sort of diplomatic, head strong feel to the role, which would be perfect for wonder woman.  she would obviously fill the costume quite exceptionally, and wouldn't take any crap from any guy oggling her in it.

Morgan Freeman as Martian Manhunter

strange pick for the green martian, i know.  but think about this:  he would either be painted green or CG the entire movie, and i really believe that freeman could play the thoughtful, tragic alien beautifully.

Samuel L. Jackson as Green Lantern (John Stewert)

sam jackson is THE bad mother *ucker of actors, and any green lantern has the potential to be THE bad mother *ucker of the universe, so it only seems fitting that he would be chosen for the role.

Daniel Craig as The Flash

daniel craig is building quite a reputation for himself in my book.  his role as the lead in the sleeper hit layercake showed that he can play a gritty yet stylish gangster, as was the case in munich, and his portrayal as bond in my opinion was nothing short of a life-saver for the franchise.  i don't think he'd have any problem playing the fast-talking scarlett speedster.

Angelica Bridges as Hawkgirl

whoever gets the role of hawkgirl has to have a balance of grace and beauty, and a fiery fighting passion.  just look at the pictures above, and you can see that bridges could be absolutely stunning one moment, and stare holes through you the next.

Paul Walker as Aquaman

alright, to be quite honest, i'm not that big of a fan of paul walker.  it's not that i disslike the guy, i just don't think his roles are all that varied, but after seeing this pic of aquaman, i couldn't think of anyone better.  he just has the look.

Brad Pitt as Green Arrow

pitt has the perfect look and build to play the billionaire arrow slinger, as well as the playboy attitude that attracts the affection of the smokin' hot siren black canary.

Lisa Gleave as Black Canary

lisa gleave is the hottest export to come out of australia in quite some time, and i don't think many would disagree that she would have no problem at all filling out the one piece and fishnets of the black canary.

James Marsden as Green Lantern ( Kyle Rayner)

marsden has the good looks and boyish charm to pull off the galactic heart-throb, as well as the suave attitude that any green lantern should have.  i mean come on, they're the badasses of the universe, they should be atleast a little cocky.

Gabrielle Tuite as Supergirl

just by looking at gabby tuite you can tell that she has the sassy attitude and sultry sex appeal to play superman's saucy blonde bombshell relative.  i don't think anyone would have a problem with her flying around in a fluttering microskirt.  yow.

Jennifer Ellison as Powergirl

whoever plays the (in my opinion) sexiest superheroine in the JLA would have to have the, um, "qualifications" to fill the costume, and ellison certainly qualifies.  it doesn't hurt that she certainly isn't shy about flaunting them.

Federica Ridolfi as Zatanna

t

just take one look at the last picture and tell me that she wasn't made for the role.  it looks like a damn casting photo!  this beauty would be a perfect fit for the top hat, fishnets, and backward talking magician, and would hopefully get lots of screentime seeing as she could possibly be the most powerful hero of them all.

Halle Berry as Vixen

alright, so vixen isn't exactly an a-lister, but the fit was just too perfect to ignore.  halle berry is the very definition of vixen, and the resemblence is just too much to overlook.

Jordana Brewster as Huntress

huntress is one saucy italian mob princess who isn't afraid to kill if she has too, and i think brewster could pull of the vigilante's attitude convincingly.  she played the bad guy in the movie d.e.b.s, so she's proven that she could walk the line between good and evil...barely.

Josh Hartnett as Nightwing

nightwing has hooked up with both the alien babe starfire, and the italian princess huntress, and that's only 2 of i don't know how many, but judging by how badass they are, you know he has to have something special.  hell he hooked up with starfire when he wasn't even wearing pants as part of his costume!
hartnett has that sort of mysteriousness and badass attitude that any pupil of the batman should have, which makes him a perfect choice.

Lindsay Lohan as Starfire

sure she'd have to put on some of that weight she lost and grow out her natural red hair again, but damn, she's got the look spot on. starfire is pure sex, plain and simple.  she loves to be naked, she doesn't know any better.  the only reason she wears that barely-there purple bikini is to keep her from getting an indecent exposure ticket.  lohan has the body to fill the outfit, and her smoky voice would fit starfire perfectly.

so there you have it, my choices for who would be fit to play their respective parts.  i know i know, not all of these characters are in the jla, it would probably be a better fit for just a small portion of who would be in an identity crisis movie, but i just saw some of them and my brain went to work.  hope you enjoy it and please let me know how you would change it, or if you liked it.  thanks peace
